This version applies from 1 November 2026. The previous version (last updated 4 February 2026) applies until then and remains available at https://paidtabs.com/legal/terms/2026-02-04.
These PaidTabs terms of use (the "Terms"), govern your use of the online platform PaidTabs and related services (together “PaidTabs”). PaidTabs is provided by Tabbit AB, a limited liability company having a registered place of business at Annelundsvägen 8B, Alingsås, 44141, Sweden (the "Company", “we”, and “us”). By registering or using PaidTabs, you (“you”, “your”, and “User”) accept these Terms. The agreement is entered into between the Company and You.
The policies and other documents available on PaidTabs and/or referenced in these Terms form an integrated part of these Terms and govern the terms and conditions for your access and use of PaidTabs. Any references to the “Terms” also includes such policies and other documents. In case of any conflicts between such policies / documents and what is set out herein in these Terms, what is set out herein shall prevail (unless otherwise is expressly stated).
These Terms apply to PaidTabs only; they do not apply to any third-party software, websites, and services integrated with PaidTabs.
PaidTabs does not itself provide payment services. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, through which PaidTabs collects the Buyer's payment on the Provider's behalf and pays the Provider after deduction of the Commission. In order to be able to make and receive payment, you will also have to accept the separate third-party payments processor terms, see further below. This does not form an agreement between Company and you, but only between you and the third-party payment provider.
PaidTabs is an online marketplace that connects independent music transcription providers (“Providers”) with purchasers seeking digital sheet music, guitar tablature, and other music notation services (“Buyers”). PaidTabs operates solely as a digital marketplace and hosting intermediary, providing the technical infrastructure that enables Providers and Buyers (together, the “Contractors”) to communicate and enter into paid service agreements for music transcription, music notation, and guitar tablature services (“Service Contracts”).
The Company is not a party to any Service Contract and does not participate in, supervise or verify the negotiation, conclusion or performance of such contracts. All Service Contracts, Deliverables, and related obligations exist exclusively between the relevant Provider and Buyer. The Company’s role is strictly limited to making PaidTabs available and providing marketplace and hosting services. The Company does not select, curate, edit or exercise editorial control over Provider content. Full Deliverables are accessible only through completed purchases; a limited preview (a sample page and a short audio excerpt) is displayed to allow Buyers to assess a listing. PaidTabs is not a content-sharing service, streaming service, or content distribution platform.
Providers are solely responsible for performing the services and delivering the Deliverables under the Service Contracts. Buyers acknowledge and agree that the Company makes no representations or warranties regarding the existence, quality, safety, legality, accuracy, originality, or suitability of any Deliverables, user-generated content, listings, Feedback, or services made available through PaidTabs, nor regarding the ability or willingness of a Provider or Buyer to fulfil or complete a transaction, Service Contract, or return of a Deliverable.
PaidTabs does not guarantee the quality, performance, or outcome of any Service Contract. Any complaints, claims, or disputes arising out of a Service Contract shall be handled between the Contractors. However, the Company has implemented a separate dispute and refund handling procedure which a Buyer may use in accordance with the applicable terms. If, within such procedure, the Company determines that a Provider has not delivered in accordance with the agreed Service Contract, the Company may, in its discretion, issue a refund to the Buyer and flag the relevant Provider or Deliverable on PaidTabs. Any buyer protection or compensation offered by the Company is governed separately and does not imply that the Company becomes a party to the Service Contract or assumes the Provider’s obligations or liability.
Buyers and Providers have full discretion to negotiate the terms of their engagement, including scope, deadlines, compensation, and rights assignments, provided that no such terms may amend or override these Terms. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail.
Each Provider warrants that it will,:
Each Buyer warrants that it will:
Each User acknowledges that:
The Providers are responsible for:
The Company will begin providing PaidTabs to you as soon as you have accepted these Terms. Unless you and the Company agree otherwise, you expressly consent to the commencement of the provision of PaidTabs and acknowledge that you do not have a right of withdrawal under the Swedish The Act on Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts (SFS 2005:59) once the provision of PaidTabs has begun.
The following third-party services are integrated / embedded (through APIs or otherwise) with PaidTabs and may be used in connection with PaidTabs if a user so chooses, e.g. if a Provider wishes to embed a Youtube video to an advertisement for digital sheet music. If you are using any such third-party services in connection with PaidTabs, this is subject to such third-party service’s own terms. If you are using such third-party service, you agree to be bound by their terms which we have linked to below:
All payments are processed by third-party payment processors:
Payments made in these services will be subject to the applicable third-party payment processor’s terms. In the check-out, you will be provided with the applicable processor’s terms, which forms an agreement between you and the third-party processor. See further below under the “Payment Processors” section under the “Service Fees, Compensation, and Commission” heading.
In order to access the full functionality of PaidTabs, you must create a User account (“Account”). During the registration process, you will be asked to submit your personal details, read our Privacy Policy and all other applicable policies and documents which form part of the Terms, and accept these Terms. The Company reserves the right to decline registration of any Account, at its sole discretion, if such new account violates these Terms or belongs to a User which has an account that has been cancelled for violating these Terms.
By registering the Account, you acknowledge and agree that:
You may use PaidTabs as a private individual or in a commercial or professional capacity. Providers who sell in a commercial or professional capacity act as independent traders towards Buyers and must comply with the consumer protection law that applies to their sales, including the Buyer's right of withdrawal and the information duties that apply to traders. Where these Terms give rights to consumers, they apply to Users acting as consumers.
To complete the registration of the Account, you will be requested to complete your User profile (the "Profile"). You acknowledge and agree the Profile will be displayed on PaidTabs and can be accessed by other users of PaidTabs and other users of the general internet. The Company does not verify the Profiles and, therefore, the Company is not responsible for the truthfulness, completeness, and accuracy of the said information. PaidTabs displays the Profiles as created by the Users. The Company does not endorse any Users, but only ranks individual advertisements for Deliverables as set out below in these Terms.
You may register two types of Accounts on PaidTabs as specified below:
For Provider Accounts:
Before listing any Deliverables for sale, Providers must complete identity verification. This may be collected by third-party service providers. PaidTabs verifies Providers before they can sell, as a voluntary measure modelled on Article 30 of the Digital Services Act.

Ongoing Obligations:
The Company reserves the right to conduct random verification checks at any time.
You may only use PaidTabs provided you comply with these Terms and applicable law. When you use or have access to PaidTabs, you may not (the following list is representative and not exhaustive):
You may further not use PaidTabs in any way which is in breach of these Terms or applicable law. A breach of what is set out herein may result in any of the consequences listed below (“Misuse of PaidTabs”).
The Company has the right to take appropriate action where there are reasonable grounds to believe a User is in breach of these Terms, applicable law or the rights of third parties. The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor Users' use of PaidTabs, including any message exchanged between Users for the purpose of enforcing the Terms. The Company does not assume editorial control over any content uploaded by Users. If the Company reasonably believes that you violate these Terms, applicable law or the rights of third parties, the Company may, depending on the breach:
We will, to the extent legally possible, notify you in connection with taking any of the above actions and will in such notice inform you of the basis of the action.
This provision shall not limit any other remedies available to the Company. Where an issue arises involving a Buyer or Provider, the Company may, in applying these Terms, take into account prior incidents and the specific circumstances of the case. In each individual case, the Company shall carry out a proportionate assessment, having regard to any previous breaches and the circumstances at hand.
The Users are entitled to leave feedback about other Users of PaidTabs in a form of reviews, comments, indicators of satisfaction, or ratings (collectively, the “Feedback”). None of the references provided by the Company or the Users in relation to any User of PaidTabs, including the Feedback, represents endorsement, certification or guarantee about any User, as well as the information or services provided by that User. The said references are based solely on unverified data that the Users voluntarily provide; the Company features references solely for the convenience of the Users. The Users acknowledge and agree that:
To comply with the Platform-to-Business (P2B) Regulation, we disclose how Deliverables are ranked and displayed on PaidTabs:
Main Ranking Parameters (in order of importance):
Relevance to Search Query (Highest Weight)
Quality Signals
Sales Performance
Recency
Provider Factors
What Does NOT Affect Ranking:
Personalization:
Search results may be personalized based on your browsing history and preferences. You can disable personalization in your Account settings.
Collections:
PaidTabs may group Deliverables into collections generated automatically from the ranking parameters above (for example new listings, top rated, by instrument). No collection is compiled by manual selection.
Providers have access to the following data through their Account dashboard:
Data You Can Access:
The Company is not responsible for resolving or mediating disputes between Buyers and Providers. Unless the dispute directly concerns the Company’s own obligations under these Terms or can be managed under PaidTabs’ dispute refund procedure, all conflicts must be resolved independently between the Users.
The User agrees to use reasonable efforts to inform the Company in advance of any proceedings seeking injunctive or similar relief, where such notice is lawfully permitted.
All Users agree to maintain strict confidentiality over proprietary or sensitive information exchanged through PaidTabs. This includes but is not limited to technical data, business strategies, contact details, internal communications, pricing, and project-specific documentation.
Furthermore, Users must ensure that all content shared, requested, or created through the platform is legally permitted. Users may not upload or request work based on any material that violates the intellectual property or contractual rights of others.
The Company disclaims all liability arising from the use or distribution of copyrighted, confidential, or otherwise restricted materials without proper authorization. Each User is solely responsible for ensuring legal compliance in all content submissions and project requests.
All Deliverables on PaidTabs are digital products offered for sale by Providers. Full Deliverables require a completed purchase; a limited preview is displayed. PaidTabs functions as a marketplace facilitating these commercial transactions.
Any work product or outcome produced through a Service Contract whether written, visual, musical, technical, coded, designed, or otherwise shall be referred to as a “Deliverable”.
Deliverables must be used by the Buyer in accordance with applicable laws, including intellectual property and copyright regulations. The Buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Deliverables for lawful purposes related to the Service Contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Provider allows the Buyer to use the Deliverables for commercial purposes.
Providers warrant that all Deliverables they create, upload, or deliver through PaidTabs are original works or that they have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions. Providers agree not to upload infringing content. Buyers warrant that all requests for Deliverables they make are original works or that they have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions. Buyers agree not to request infringing content. If a Deliverable is identified in a sufficiently precise and substantiated notice as infringing, or the Company otherwise becomes aware that it is illegal content or incompatible with these Terms, the Company may disable access to it or remove it, withhold or forfeit related payments, and apply Section 7.5 ("Repeated breaches"), in each case with a statement of reasons under Section 7.2 ("Statement of reasons").
PaidTabs respects the intellectual property rights of others. Anyone may notify us of content on PaidTabs that they consider infringes their rights or is otherwise illegal, under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act) or, for the United States, under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Notices may be sent to [email protected] or submitted through https://paidtabs.com/dmca-takedown-request. A notice under Article 16 of the Digital Services Act should contain: an explanation of why you consider the content illegal; the exact URL of each listing concerned; your name and email address; and a statement that the notice is submitted in good faith and that the information in it is accurate and complete.
Our Designated Agent:
A notification under the DMCA (United States) must include:
What happens after we receive a notice:
Bad Faith Notices: You may be liable for damages (including costs and attorney's fees) if you materially misrepresent that material is infringing. If you are unsure whether content infringes your copyright, consult an attorney before submitting a notice.
If we restrict the visibility of, disable access to or remove a listing, restrict the ability to buy it, or restrict payments, an account or the use of PaidTabs, on the ground that the content is illegal or incompatible with these Terms, we send the affected User a statement of reasons by email, and show it in the User's account, at the latest when the restriction takes effect. The statement sets out: what the restriction is and, where relevant, its territorial scope and duration; the facts and circumstances relied on, including whether we acted on a notice or on our own review and, where strictly necessary, the identity of the notifier; whether automated means were used in taking the decision or in identifying the content; the legal ground or the provision of these Terms relied on, and why the content is considered to fall under it; and how to contest the decision (see Section 18.1 ("Contesting a content decision")) and your right to bring the matter before a court. Where the restriction followed a notification under the DMCA sent to our designated agent, the statement also explains how to file a counter-notification (see Section 7.3 ("Counter-notification (United States)")).
If your listing was removed or disabled following a notification under the DMCA sent to our designated agent, and you believe it was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. A restriction imposed on any other basis is contested as described under Section 18.1 ("Contesting a content decision").
Your Counter-Notification Must Include:
Send Counter-Notifications To:
What Happens After We Receive a Valid Counter-Notification:
Warning: You may be liable for damages if you materially misrepresent that your content was removed by mistake. Consult an attorney if you are unsure.
PaidTabs does not review or pre-screen Deliverables for copyright compliance before publication and has no independent knowledge of the rights position of any listing. New submissions are checked automatically against the sources and works that have been restricted following a notice or our own review, and a match is restricted with a statement of reasons (see Section 7.2 ("Statement of reasons")). Providers and Buyers give the warranties set out under Section 1 ("About PaidTabs"), Section 7 ("The Deliverables"), Section 7.6 ("What may be listed for sale") and Section 11.4 ("Your Content"). PaidTabs acts on sufficiently precise and substantiated notices and on its own review as described under Section 7 ("The Deliverables") and Section 7.1 ("Notices of infringing content"). If you believe content on PaidTabs infringes your rights, please submit a notice as described under Section 7.1 ("Notices of infringing content").
If your listings are restricted more than once following substantiated notices or our own review, we may warn you, suspend your listing or selling rights for a period, or close your account. We assess each case on its facts, including how many of your listings were affected and whether the breach was deliberate. You will receive a warning before any suspension, and reasons for any suspension or closure together with the ways to contest it. Business sellers receive 30 days' notice before closure unless the breaches are repeated or the law requires us to act sooner.
Deliverables that a Provider lists for sale on the marketplace, as opposed to Deliverables commissioned through a request, are referred to as "Catalog Items". A Provider may list as Catalog Items: the Provider's own compositions; transcriptions and arrangements of works in the public domain; and transcriptions and arrangements of other works for which the Provider holds the rights and permissions necessary to sell them. By listing a Catalog Item, the Provider warrants that it falls within one of these categories and does not infringe any third-party right, and that the Provider can grant the licence described under Section 7 ("The Deliverables"). Buyers receive the licence described under Section 7 ("The Deliverables").
As compensation for the provided Deliverable pursuant to a Service Contract, the Provider is entitled to the fee payable by the Buyer for the Service Contract completed successfully through PaidTabs (the “Service Fees”). The Provider shall not be entitled to any further payments from the Buyer for any reason whatsoever, unless expressly agreed to by the Buyer. When the Buyer concludes a Service Contract through PaidTabs, the Buyer agrees to pay the Service Fees to the Provider, as agreed under the Service Contract. The Service Fees will be paid using the third-party payment service providers used from time to time by the Company (collectively, the “Payment Processors”). Should the Buyer’s payment be rejected or payment cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the Service Contract shall automatically terminate, as PaidTabs is structured so that payment is not released to a Provider unless the Buyer has received a Deliverable. The Provider is entitled, but has no obligation, to provide discounts for the Service Fees. Any discounts shall be clearly indicated on PaidTabs.
Provider’s use of PaidTabs is subject to the commission payable by the Provider to the Company (the “Commission”). The Commission is structured as a percentage of the Service Fees payable under a Service Contract. The at each time applicable Commission rate and payment terms shall be specified on PaidTabs or communicated to the Provider. Any commission information does not form a part of these Terms. Changes to the Commission are notified to Providers in accordance with Section 18.2 ("Amendments"). The Commission rates remain valid (i) for as long as they are stated on PaidTabs or (ii) for the time period communicated to the Providers.
Unless indicated otherwise, the Service Fees and the Commission exclude all applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST and other sales taxes), levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. Unless otherwise stated in the schedule of the Commission, the Users are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, levies, and duties, including the tax applicable to the services provided or received under the Service Contract, the Catalog Items, but excluding any local taxes based solely on Company’s income. The Users are further solely responsible and liable to determine and maintain any records required under tax law or other law.
All payments related to PaidTabs are processed by the Payment Processors. When you make a payment on PaidTabs, the Payment Processors collect some personal data from you which allows them to make the payments requested by you (e.g., your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and security codes). Your use of a Payment Processor is subject to the Payment Processor’s separate terms, which will be made available to you before payment is made. This forms a separate agreement between you and the Payment Processor. The Payment Processors handle all steps in the payment process through their systems, including data collection and data processing. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information is correct and the funds necessary for payment are available. You agree not to hold the Company liable for payments that do not reach a Provider because you have provided incorrect payment information, have insufficient funds or the Payment Processors refused the payment for any other reason.
Payments for Deliverables sold or offered on PaidTabs need to be made through PaidTabs. When payment is processed through PaidTabs, we may be able to assist if there are any issues or if Providers or Buyers otherwise need our assistance, which we may not be able to otherwise do. Further, the Commission payable to PaidTabs as part of a payment of Service Fees is an important part of these Terms and our provision of PaidTabs to Users. Your violation of this Section may be a material breach of the Terms. If you decide to pay or accept payments outside PaidTabs, your Account may be suspended. By way of illustration, you are not allowed to:
Refunds are generally provided as account credits or coupon codes, which may be more convenient for Buyers by avoiding additional payment processing fees and VAT on a money chargeback procedure. If a Buyer wants the relevant amount returned to the original payment method instead, the Buyer should follow the chargeback procedure set out below.
Where a Provider sells to a consumer, the consumer's right of withdrawal applies to the Service Contract. At checkout the Buyer is asked to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins; this consent is collected by PaidTabs on the Provider's behalf and recorded with the order.
Refund Policy:
Requesting a Refund:
Defective Content:
If Deliverables or Catalog Items are defective (e.g., corrupted files, incomplete content), contact [email protected] for a replacement or credit.
If you believe a payment was unauthorised, incorrect, fraudulent, or otherwise disputed, we ask you to please notify the Company in writing at [email protected] within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction date and provide all information reasonably requested by the Company. Failure to do this does not affect any statutory rights you may have or any right you may have to dispute payment with your bank, card issues, Payment Processor or other competent authority.
You agree to first use PaidTabs dispute procedure in the above section and allowing the Company a reasonable period of no fewer than fourteen (14) calendar days to resolve the dispute before you initiate any chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute through your bank, card issuer, PayPal, Stripe, or any other Payment Processor ("Chargeback"). If you initiate a fraudulent or abusive Chargeback without first engaging in the Company’s dispute process, the Company may take reasonable and proportionate measures including: (i) suspend or terminate your Account; or (ii) restrict your ability to access PaidTabs or conclude Service Contracts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, if you initiate a Chargeback or otherwise cause a payment reversal, you agree that the Company may charge you an administrative fee to cover the Company's documented and reasonable processing and dispute-handling costs. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights or any right you may have to dispute a payment with your bank, card issuer, Payment Processor, or other competent authority.
The platform itself, including its software, source code, design, logos, marks and the pages and tools the Company publishes, as distinct from the Deliverables and other content listed by Providers (collectively, the “Company’s Content”), is owned by the Company, its partners, agents, licensors, vendors, and/or other content providers. The Company's Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws and applicable regulations. You are not allowed, without obtaining prior written authorisation from the Company, to use, copy, distribute, make available, disassemble, make alterations, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, adapt, rent, loan, use, lease or attempt to grant other rights to the Company Content to third parties, or use any manual or automated means to scrape any content available on PaidTabs.
You may not use the brand, the word or figurative trademarks associated with PaidTabs, the Company, or third-party trademarks without prior consent of a trademark owner. You are not allowed to use such brands and trademarks in any way that suggests that the Company sponsors, endorses, or associates with you without obtaining prior written consent from the Company.
Some of the intellectual property assets, such as third-party trademarks, featured on PaidTabs (including Company’s Content) may be owned by other third parties (the “Third-Party Content”). The Third-Party Content does not belong to the Company (although it may be licensed to the Company) and it remains the property of the respective third-party proprietors. You may not use any Third-Party Content without the prior authorization of the owners of such content, notwithstanding any functionalities of PaidTabs. We do not guarantee that you will have access to the Third-Party Content at all times.
By uploading any content onto PaidTabs or creating any content by using PaidTabs, including the Deliverables ("Your Content"), you guarantee that Your Content is your original transcription work or that you have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to (without limitation) use, upload, create, provide and license Your Content. Providers specifically warrant that Deliverables represent their own skilled transcription and notation work and are not unauthorized reproductions of existing published sheet music, copyrighted arrangements or material. This includes ensuring that Your Content is your original work, that you have obtained all necessary rights or licenses, that it is in the public domain, or that it is otherwise permitted under applicable law for you to use work or materials. You are solely responsible for ensuring, and warrant, that Your Content does not infringe any intellectual property rights of others. You must not infringe any intellectual property rights of others when uploading, requesting or creating Your Content. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and reproduce Your Content solely as necessary to operate the marketplace, facilitate paid transactions between Buyers and Providers, and enforce these Terms. This license includes the right to display limited previews or metadata (such as titles, descriptions, and thumbnails) for the purpose of enabling Buyers to browse and purchase Deliverables. Full Deliverables are delivered only upon completed payment. We may sublicense these rights to service providers (such as hosting, CDN, and payment processors) as needed to deliver PaidTabs. This license ends when Your Content is removed from PaidTabs, except for reasonable periods required for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. You understand and agree that the Company has no obligation to monitor or review Your Content. The Company reserves the right to refuse, disable access to or remove Your Content, in whole or in part, that violates these Terms or may harm the reputation of PaidTabs. The Company shall not be held liable for any copyright infringement or violation of licensing agreements resulting from Your Content.
In addition to the terms outlined above, users are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use, and for PaidTabs to host and display, any content uploaded or created on the platform. This includes ensuring that content is either original work, the user has obtained necessary rights or licenses, is in the public domain, or is otherwise permitted under applicable law (including applicable copyright exceptions and limitations). PaidTabs may disable access to or remove content that is identified in a substantiated notice as infringing or that it otherwise becomes aware is illegal, with a statement of reasons under Section 7.2 ("Statement of reasons"). Users whose listings are repeatedly restricted may have their accounts restricted or closed under Section 7.5 ("Repeated breaches").
Notices about content on PaidTabs are handled as set out under Section 7.1 ("Notices of infringing content"). Our designated agent under the DMCA is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (Registration No. DMCA-1063735); the contact details are given there.
This section outlines the requirements and procedures related to the Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance for users opting for cryptocurrency payouts, aimed at complying with legal and regulatory standards. This is a requirement from the third-party payment suppliers, which are the ones storing and using this data.

User Consent and Agreement: By participating in cryptocurrency payouts and providing necessary KYC information, users consent to our collection, processing, and sharing of this information with Stripe for identity verification and compliance with legal obligations.
Reporting Obligations: We are not required to proactively report user information to tax authorities. However, we may be obligated to respond to lawful requests from tax authorities and report any suspicious activities as per applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to comply with such legal requests without prior notice to the user.
Limitation of Liability: While we strive to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, we shall not be held liable for any non-compliance by users with these KYC procedures or any legal requirements. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their information and actions.
Consequences of Non-Compliance: Users who fail to comply with the KYC process may face restrictions on accessing cryptocurrency payout features, and such non-compliance may lead to service suspension or account termination.
Changes to KYC Policies: We reserve the right to modify our KYC policies and procedures. Any changes will be communicated through updates to these Terms or directly to your account.
You are solely responsible for creating, maintaining, storing, and backing up your own records. Nothing in the Terms is construed as a requirement for the Company to monitor or assess your compliance with the Terms or the terms of the Service Contracts.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company (including its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, agents, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

A member of our staff, not an automated tool, reviews the contest and we notify you of the outcome, with reasons, without undue delay. The restriction remains in place during the review. Where the restriction followed a notice, we may ask the notifier for further information before deciding. This procedure does not limit your right to refer the matter to ARN where that applies, or to bring it before a court.
The Company reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time, effective within thirty (30) days after posting the updated version on PaidTabs unless the change is in your favour or required by law. Such amendments may be necessary due to the changes in laws or regulations, new features of PaidTabs, or due to Company’s business practices. The Company will send you a notification by e-mail (if it has your email address) or highlight it on PaidTabs about any material amendments to the Terms that may be of importance to you, and ask for your consent. If you do not agree to the changes, you are free to terminate your account. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms to stay informed. Your continued use of PaidTabs after any changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. The Company also reserves the right to modify the services provided through PaidTabs at any time, at our sole discretion. If you do not agree to such changes, you are free to terminate your account.
These Terms, together with the documents referred to herein, represent the entire agreement between the User and the Company regarding PaidTabs and replace all earlier oral or written agreements on the subject matter.
Any failure by the Company to enforce a remedy or rights under the Terms shall in no event be considered a waiver of any part of such remedy or right. No waiver by the Company of any breach or default by the User shall operate as a waiver of any succeeding breach or other default or breach by the User. No waiver shall have any effect unless it is in writing.
You are not allowed to assign your rights under these Terms without the Company’s prior written consent. The Company is entitled to transfer its rights and obligations under the Terms (in whole or in part) to a third party.
To the extent that any provision of the Terms is deemed unenforceable (in whole or in part), all remaining provisions of the Terms shall not be affected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect. Where possible, the unenforceable provision shall be replaced with an enforceable provision that, to the greatest extent possible, achieves the same purpose.
The availability of PaidTabs may be affected by factors, which the Company cannot reasonably control, such as bandwidth problems, equipment failure, acts and omissions of our third-party service providers, or force majeure events. The Company takes no responsibility for the unavailability of PaidTabs or any other delay or failure on its part caused by such factors.
The English language version of the Terms will be controlling in all respects and will prevail in case of any inconsistencies with translated versions.
Any notices related to you and your use of PaidTabs will be delivered electronically to your e-mail address or through PaidTabs and not in paper form. Notices to the Company will be sent as set out in these Terms.
In these Terms, words in the singular include the plural meaning and words in the plural include the singular meaning.
