Uploading without authorisation may result in the listing being paused and, where it happens repeatedly, your account being restricted or closed. If we receive a notice that identifies a work and your listing, we assess it. Where the notice is substantiated, the listing is paused and you receive a statement explaining why and how to respond. Sellers whose listings are repeatedly paused may have their accounts restricted or closed under our Terms.
