What is a Quality Score?

A musician’s Quality Score represents their overall performance on the platform. It is calculated using a combination of their recent customer feedback and the test score they achieved during registration. Missing deadlines or receiving refund requests may negatively impact this score.

Customers can view a musician’s Quality Score when the musician submits a bid on a request, for example: “Quality Score: 4.7 / 5”.

Why is the Quality Score important?

The Quality Score helps customers set clear expectations regarding the quality and reliability of a musician’s work.

For example, a Quality Score of 4.7 out of 5 indicates a consistently high standard of accuracy and delivery. As a general reference, the score can be interpreted as a percentage by multiplying it by 20 (4.7 × 20 = 94%).

If adjustments are needed, customers can request revisions to ensure the final result meets their expectations.
