PaidTabs.com launched in mid 2019 as the first music freelancing platform and marketplace for musicians who are looking to request, buy and sell sheet music. We focus on high quality content and we only pick experienced musicians.
PaidTabs' mission is to give musicians the freedom, resources and opportunities to manifest their creative vision and share it with the world.
How can I request a score?
Start your search, if your song has been already requested, you will be able to download the score immediately otherwise, you can request it.
You can set your own budget for a request, musicians will start bidding and send you offers based on your budget, music complexity and length.
Choose and pay your favorite offer, the musician will start working on your request and deliver it by the agreed time.
What payments does PaidTabs accept?
You can choose wallet balance, debit/credit card, bank account, klarna, or cryptocurrency.
Can I get a refund if the score was inaccurate?
Yes, before requesting a refund, please make sure to request revisions form the musician. If you did so and the score is still inaccurate please send us your order ID and explain what was wrong with it, we will review it and have it examined by one of our professional musicians. If the score is inaccurate, we will definitely refund you and send a warning to the musician.
It is important to us that our community does its best to provide a professional and hassle-free experience for new music learners. Musicians who consistently provide faulty scores will be flagged up on the platform. Refunds are only possible via our credit system (coupon codes).
Are the scores made by musicians monitored for accuracy?
We have a team of verified pro musicians who have been working in the industry for many years. We call them “Scores Masters.” Aside from being part of the community who might pick up your transcription requests, they’re responsible for checking the uploaded scores of any new musician joining the community.
What happens if a musician doesn't deliver a score?
If the deadline to deliver a score has passed, you will be able to request a full refund via your account. The musician will also receive a negative mark on their account which, after accruing too many, will prevent them from sending further offers.
What is a quality score?
A musician’s quality score is the average score based on their recent feedback combined with the test score they achieved when they registered. If a musician misses a deadline or a customer requests a refund, this can also impact the score. Customers will see a musician’s score whenever they bid on the customer’s request, e.g.: “Quality Score: 4.7 / 5 stars”.
Why quality score is important?
Based on musicians' quality score, you can know what to expect from the musician. For instance, if a musician has a quality score of 4.7/5 stars you can expect the score to be 97% accurate. You can improve that by requesting a revision. You can calculate that with a simple math: 4.7 * 20 = 94%
How can I collect my refund?
To make it easy for our customers to receive their money effortlessly, we issue refunds only via coupon codes and it's not possible to send the money back to your bank account.
