What is a quality score?

A musician’s quality score is the average score based on their recent feedback combined with the test score they achieved when they registered. If a musician misses a deadline or a customer requests a refund, this can also impact the score. Customers will see a musician’s score whenever they bid on the customer’s request, e.g.: “Quality Score: 4.7 / 5 stars”.

Why quality score is important?

Based on musicians' quality score, you can know what to expect from the musician. For instance, if a musician has a quality score of 4.7/5 stars you can expect the score to be 94% accurate. You can improve that by requesting a revision. You can calculate that with a simple math: 4.7 * 20 = 94%
