“Distant Lover” was released 10 years ago on Hardline Entertainment. It was my first time writing a personal solo album. I was living in a one room apartment in South Tel Aviv which we called the dormitory since it was so small, I had some songs left from over the years, I started writing some new ones, discovering the world of fingerpicking, watching Elliott Smith videos obsessively, the result was “Distant Lover”. Here I am playing a live take of “Just Like You״ at Zaza studios with my good pal Liron Schaffer at the helm. I actually ended up using the demo of the song as the opening track for the album, but I thought you would all enjoy this.
